Founded in Paris in 2019, Generation 2030 is a Franco-Saudi friendship association that connects young French and Saudi talents and supports all their initiatives to create bridges between the two cultures.

Our story

The idea of Generation 2030 is born in 2015 from a meeting in Riyadh between two friends, Yousef Alhammadi and Timothée Dufour, convinced that the young Saudis and French have a lot to share and build together, far away from settled clichés that weigh on both nationalities.

In 2016, the two friends welcome the launch of “Vision 2030”, the national vision that aims to open Saudi society to the rest of the world and empower its youth. They saw it as an opportunity to propose a structure that could create lasting links between the two youths.

In 2019, the association Generation 2030 is created in Paris, ready to encourage encounters between young Saudis and French talents and support them in their projects.
